Fitness Favourites – March – Transformation Special.

So for this month I thought I would do something slightly different, I have been so pleased with my progress, I wanted to be brave and show it off!

I don’t normally like to toot my own horn but there is definitely some notably difference, and its the small changes that you have to value as they lead to the big changes.

My diet has been on point!!!!! Probably because I’ve been bulking lol but still, I have really nailed it. Which if you follow other posts you’ll know its something I struggle with.

Plus, I set myself the task of hitting the gym twice a day – which I didn’t think I would manage with uni and all but I did!!!!

So I know its not Tuesday but I thought I would show a little transformation, just to show that you can do it too. Hard work really pays off!!!

According to the package of the bars:

Yet again this has been a rather tough month. University work has been stressful, home life has been tough and I’ve had loads of doctors appointments. I’ve had an X-ray and an ultra sound and still no news on whats wrong with my foot *sigh* Furthermore, I’ve been having back issues – nothing too serious – but it means I have to go to the chiropractor, which means my gym going had taken a bit of a hit… unfortunately. BUT HEALTH COMES FIRST.

As crappy as the start of February has been, towards the end it’s been getting better. So lets focus on that ❤
