hi beautiful peeps, soz there was a bit of a delay for this weeks post but it was my birthday on Saturday 21st so obv i should be forgiven. Well on June the 15th (a Sunday, i might add) my fab team of friends and i ran Tough Mudder, which was held in Edinburgh this year. Firstly for anyone thinking of attempting Tough Mudder I 100% recommend it and this post will just be some helpful tips and a description of the run itself.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of volunteering with a brand new charity, The Beatson Cancer Charity. The Beatson Work in partnership with the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; they fund the development of pioneering treatments, ground breaking techniques and innovative and novel research at the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre. Their work aims to contribute to changing the face of cancer treatment on a local, national and international scale.
